Microsoft Copilot Enhances AI Capabilities with Deep Research and Podcast Features

Microsoft’s Copilot has recently undergone a significant AI upgrade, introducing features such as Deep Research and AI podcasts, which were previously exclusive to competitors like Google’s Gemini and OpenAI’s ChatGPT. 🚀

Deep Research is a standout feature, enabling users to generate comprehensive, well-drafted reports by compiling information from reliable sources, complete with citations. This tool is now available on Copilot without the need for a Microsoft account or a Copilot Pro subscription, offering five free queries monthly, with unlimited access for subscribers.

Additionally, Copilot now supports AI podcasts, transforming information into immersive listening experiences. Unlike Google’s NotebookLM, Copilot allows interaction during podcasts, enabling users to delve deeper into topics. Copilot can also convert offline resources and suggested websites into podcasts, enhancing the user experience.

Microsoft’s updates, including Copilot Search—a Bing engine counterpart to Google Search’s AI mode—demonstrate the company’s commitment to advancing AI technology and user interaction. These enhancements position Copilot as a formidable competitor in the AI space.
